The condo is well decorated and has spacious rooms and bathrooms needed for a family stay. The ocean views from the condo are amazing and the kitchen is stocked with crockery and cutlery needed. The resort is centrally located and has several amenities. The pictures of the unit are taken from an iPhone so there is absolutely no enhancements or filters to give a wrong impression, you book what you see!!

Please be respectful to the contents of this house, it is someone's home and needs to be respected that way. Please make sure to not leave the house in trashed condition. Please bring your own beach towel and do not use the towels provided outside the unit. Ensure to hang the provided parking pass in your vehicle as soon as you enter the house. In case of any damage please let the owner know. There are some personal items in the closets such as beach toys, baby crib, beach chairs and beach umbrellas that should only be used on request and confirmation received from the owner and should be placed back in the closet. When you leave the unit at any time please make sure to hit the lock button on the keypad and check that the unit is locked. Use the provided code to access the unit and in case of issues please reach out to the owner. Please leave the trash outside on the day of check out. Pul all used towels in the washer and run a cycle and all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. We are not responsible for any of your personal items left behind. A public review will be sent if you do not following the rules.

Note - We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit directly beside this one so that in case of a large group wanting to stay together they can literally be neighbors in the resort!! The arcade in the lobby, the splash pad , indoor pool and beach facing pool are available for the guests but the street side water park and arcade are not available to guests .
